At Handcrafted, we take pride in our artisanal quality, but if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your handcrafted items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
